* To enlighten security concerns all vehicles are subject to search.
* No fireworks, no weapons of any kind, no illegal substance, any guns or pocket knives allowed on premises.
* Person(s) engaging in violent, obscene, or unruly behavior will immediately be removed from the concert site, camping grounds, or parking
lots and maybe subject to arrest. No refunds will be given for tickets or camping permits if you are removed from the event premises.
* No unauthorized vending will be allowed.
* No ATV, scooter, or motorized vehicles will be permitted with the exception of authorized handicapped aids. Valid ADA handicapped stickers must be visible.
* No professional photography equipment allowed.
* No PETS please leave them at home.

There is no reentry to show. Your band will be cut for the day. Only concert goers with Camping passes are allowed to flow to and from concert area.
No tailgating in parking lots. You will be removed from premises!!!!!!!
DEA Entertainment Group, LLC ensures the safety of all food and beverages sold in the concert grounds. For health and quality reasons, please refrain from buying from UNAUTHORIZED venders.
NO FOOD OR BEVERAGES MAYBE BROUGHT INTO CONCERT AREA!
Lawn chairs are welcome in General Admission seating area behind the standing room only sign. If crowds bother you stay away from the front of stage area.
Umbrellas are also allowed, but make sure of to avoid obstructing view of others.
No person(s) will be allowed through gates without VALID wristband.
Although this is an all ages show, parents are discouraged from bringing young children to the event. Midwest Rockfest is not designed for young children to attend.
NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 21 CAN CONSUME ALCOHOL ANYWHERE ON THE FESTIVAL GROUNDS INCLUDING THE CAMPGROUNDS. ZERO TOLERANCE ON UNDER AGE DRINKING.
In order to purchase or consume alcohol at the event, you must first show a valid photo ID in order to receive your "over 21" wristband, which must be worn at all times. You must produce identification to anyone on the Midwest Rockfest staff requesting to see it during the event or you will forfeit your “over 21” wristband and removed from the premises.
ATTENTION!!!! No party will be allowed to reproduce, print, sale, promote, give-a-way, or solicit ANY items or properties NAME(S), LOGO(S), of the concert and/or entertainers in whole or part. Anyone doing so is infringing on trademark and copyright rights and jurisdictions and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Please respect the rules and policies of the concert series so that tradition of the Midwest Rockfest can continue to grow year after year.
Midwest Rockfest is a "Rain or Shine" Event.
In the event inclement weather the show will be interrupted and resume again if weather permits. Tickets are sold "rain or shine" basis and no refunds will be given for delays or cancellations due to bad weather.
